Refund policy
If the following requirements are met,
you can exchange/refund your online orders via mailing.
- Products must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to inform us that you wish to return or exchange it to email hello@rinesg.com with your issue.
- If the item is defective or a product different from the order, we will promptly return or exchange the item at our expense. However you will be responsible for re-delivery fees for return shipments and exchanges except for returns if the product is defective or a product different from the order.
- If the items are damaged, do send us a picture of the defect by email or Whatsapp, and we will replace you a new piece, or full refund if the item is out of stock. In that case, products must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wash, wear, stains or do not meet the above criteria.
