* Which size should I choose?

Please choose the size you normally wear.

Our absorbing shorts/undies features a wider leg opening and high-waist structure to reduce pressure on the groin area, which may make them appear slightly larger. 

However, the waist and hip sizes are in line with the standard measurements.

XS-Waist: 49cm-55cm
S-Waist: 53cm-63cm
M-Waist: 57cm-67cm
L-Waist: 61cm-71cm

* Can I wear it all day?

It has a maximum water absorption capacity of 110ml and has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties, so many people use it with confidence.


If you feel uncomfortable, please change absorbing shorts.

* Are we concerned about smell?

It has an antibacterial and deodorizing treatment made from natural ingredients, so it can suppress the growth of bacteria and block odors.


As for odor, it has a deodorizing power of 99.9% in 90 minutes. (Researched by Korean corporation KATRI)
It is safe to use because it is an Eco-friendly coating technology that does not use any chemicals and is gentle on the skin.

* Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns and exchanges for items that have not been worn within 7 days of arrival.
If the item is defective or a product different from the order , we will promptly return or exchange the item at our expense.However you will be responsible for re-delivery fees for return shipments and exchanges except for returns if the product is defective. In either case, please contact us at hello@rinesg.com.

* When will the item arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekend orders. Orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

However, depending on the delivery situation, it may take several days for the product to arrive. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

* I want to check if my order has been placed

Please check the email address you entered when placing your order.


If your order has been successfully completed, we will send you an order completion email.
If you have not received the email, please also check your spam folder.
At Rinē SG, we send emails from the address "hello@rinesg.com".


If you have a designated reception setting, please make sure you can receive emails.

* Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, we will need to confirm the shipping procedure, so please contact us by entering the following information at the Contact us address below.

① Order number

② Name

③ Product information you wish to cancel (type, color, size)

④ Reason for cancellation

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for products after the shipping procedure has been completed.

*Do you provide gift wrapping?

Yes! Of course!

We are happy to provide gift packaging. If you would like gift packaging, please contact us at hello@rinesg.com after placing your order and quote your order number.

Gift packaging is also tape-less and plastic-free.

* Can I return or exchange the product?

-If you receive a defective product or a product different from the order

We apologize for any inconvenience.

We will handle the return or exchange at our expense.

-If you wish to return or exchange the product due to an order mistake or difference in image

We only accept returns and exchanges for unworn products within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please contact us at hello@rinesg.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note that if you do not return the product within one week after contacting us, we will not be able to refund or return the product.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item and redelivery.

* What packaging will the product be shipped in?

At Rinē SG, we will send all orders in simple packaging as a way of doing our part for the future and the environment. We use recycled packaging for shipping.

With this in mind, please understand that the packaging may be wrinkled when the product arrives.

* What payment methods can I use?

Payment can be made by VISA, MASTER, Amex, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Grabpay or Paynow.
